Bone Marrow: Biopsy den başla. 0137028 Marked increased number of Megakaryocytes, most of which are small, mature and abnormal. H & E stain. Acute Megak aryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Marrow biopsy section - 20X 0137054 Clump of Disrupted Megakaryocytes. Wright's-Giemsa stain . Acute Megakaryotytic Leukemia (M-7). Imprint of marrow biopsy - 20X 0137056 Mature Abnormal Megakaryocyte with only two nuclei. Wrig ht's-Giemsa stain. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemkia (M-7). Imprint of marrow biopsy - 100X 0137061 Several Megakaryocytes, most of which are Abnormal and/ or Immature. A clump of NRBC (dense nuclei) is at right center. H & E stain. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7) . Marrow biopsy section - 50X 0144027 Marked increase in coarse black reticulin fibers consist ent with marked fibrosis. Reticulin stain. Acute Megakar yocytic Leukemia (M-7) untreated. Marrow biopsy -20X 0144030 Left frame: Marked increase in coarse black reticulin fi bers. Several megakaryocytes can be seen amongst the fib ers. Reticulin stain. Right frame: Several abnormal smal l Megakaryocytes and a Blast in lower right area, fibrot ic material and dense nuclei throughout the field. H & E stain. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Marrow biop sy - 50X 2559054 One osteoclast with 11 to 13 nuclei. Normal marrow biops y imprint -100X 2661045 Normal mature megakaryocytes. Normal marrow biopsy. H & E stain - 50X 2661048 Marked increase in number of megakaryocytes. Young and m ature forms are present. Marrow biopsy. H & E stain - 20 X 2661050 Several megakaryocytes. Some are multinuclear, others ar e small with few nuclei. Myeloid metaplasia with myelofi brosis marrow biopsy. H & E stain - 50X bonemarrow imprint te kaldı. 2559098 Three small megakaryocytes. An intermediate stage at the left, a blast at center and a small mature stage at the right of the group. Normal hypercellular marrow -100X 0147020 Many large mononuclear cells which are Reactive and Plas macytoid Lymphocytes, many mature lymphocytes and late n eutrophils. The distinct variation in the mononuclear ce ll population suggests this is a reactive rather than a pathologic process. This is a buffy coat preparation whi ch is a concentration of the nucleated cells in the blood . Viral infection buffy coat preparation - 20X 0147044 Two Plasmacytoid Lymphocytes; one of which has an irregu lar outline. Drug reaction buffy coat preparation - 100X 0137008 Two Mature and Abnormal Megakaryocytes. Both show unequal size nuclei. One has a long filament connecting two nucl ei. Both have poorly developed cytoplasmic granulation. There are several blasts in the field with dark basophil ic cytoplasm which may be of erythroid or megakaryocytic origin. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Marrow - 100X 4303084 Toxic monocyte with engulfed neutrophil. Sepsis - 100X 4303086 One large monocyte, 1 toxic neutrophil (highly vacuolate d); Sepsis - 100X 4303089 One toxic monocyte (top), 2 toxic neutrophils. Sepsis - 100X 0147002 Many Late Neutrophils surrounded by Platelets. The earli er neutrophils, NRBC and lymphocytes are unaffected. Thi s marrow sample has been anticoagulated with EDTA. Child with Platelet Satellitism. Marrow aspirate - 50X 2661022 Bare lobulated megakaryocyte nuclei. Thalassemia minor bl ood - 100X 0144070 Many small Clumps of Platelets. They are all small fragm ent forms. Two mature neutrophils. Red cells have increa sed poikilocytosis. Thrombocytosis. Capillary blood smea r - 100X 2661020 Bare megakaryocyte lobulated nuclei. Reactive thrombocyt osis blood - 100X 0147006 Three large Clumps of Platelets in EDTA anticoagulated b lood. This is a different patient than the previous imag e and every sample showed this phenomenon. Platelet Clum ping in EDTA anticoagulated blood - 100X 2661006 One mature megakaryocyte in left frame, 1 osteoclast wit h 7 nuclei in center frame. 1 clump of neuroblastoma cel ls in right frame. Marrow infiltrated with neuroblastoma cells - 50X 2559023 One crushed myelocyte with apparent basophilic and eosin ophilic granules, 4 polychromatic NRBC, 3 orthochromatic NRBC, 4 smudge cells. Myeloproliferative disease marrow - 100X 0147005 Five small Clumps of Platelets. There are few isolated p latelets. This phenomenon of platelet clumping in an EDT A anticoagulated blood sample is a rare occurrence but w ill be consistent in some patients. The platelet count w ill be erroneously low. Platelet Clumping in EDTA antico agulated blood - 50X
